I went to explore the Northside of Bonaire today. I was driving the so called Tourist Route to Rincón. Why is it called the Tourist Route? Well, the scenery is absolutely stunning.
You come across trees like this one, cliffs and beaches whilst driving along the coast with a constant view of the clear blue water next to you. Every few hundred meters you run in a yellow stone. These stones mark the shore dive sites and most of them are great for snorkeling too.
And then what happens? Exactly, you drive slowly, just to take it all in and stop occasionally for another mesmerizing photo. This is me ‘monkeying’ in one of the most photogenic trees.
